FALL 2017 – WTAE-TV’s project Bundle-Up Shopping Trips

As an official Shopping Experience Sponsor, your employees will have the opportunity to shop with children who benefit from project Bundle-Up.  The shopping experience provides an opportunity for a child to pick out their very own brand new winter outerwear, and also provides your group an opportunity to serve as a mentor to their shopping partner.

As a Shopping Experience Sponsor, your company will receive the following opportunities:

· Opportunity for company employees to participate in a shopping experience with project Bundle-Up recipients.

o Shopping experience will take place in October or November at a mutually agreed upon location of one of Project Bundle-Ups retail partners, including; Walmart, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Kmart and Kohl’s.

o Pre-shopping snack break; your employees will have the opportunity to engage with the children prior to shopping with a pre-shopping reception hosted at the retail partner location

o You can directly affect the lives of 25 Western Pennsylvania Children

JANUARY 1, 2018 – ANNUAL POLAR BEAR JUMP – 9:30AM @ Mon Wharf
Join the Pittsburgh Polar Bear Club and project Bundle-Up at the annual Polar Bear Jump at the Mon Wharf on Monday, January 1, 2018 at 9:30am! Each year, hundreds of Polar Bear Jumpers have a fun time braving the chilly waters of the Monongahela River while living up to the motto “We’re freezin’so they don’t have to!”

There is no registration for this event – just come on down and be ready to jump!  Polar Bear Jump t-shirts will be available at the event on January 1st for $20 with all proceeds benefiting Project Bundle-Up.

Interested in an event sponsorship?  Our $500 Polar Bear Jump Sponsorship includes the following:

•Your logo will be at least 3.5 inches in diameter and prominently displayed across the back of the T-shirt.

•Project Bundle-Up’s website will feature your logo.

•Your business will receive recognition on Project Bundle-Up’s social media accounts with a reach of almost 1,500 followers
